REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept refunds or exchange once your order & payments is made. Customers have the responsibility to ensure the size (if applicable), colours, designs and quantity of their orders before checking out.
Exchanges are ONLY accepted for changes of size and are done on a case to case basis (if an item is available in sizes, not applicable for FREE size item).
If the replacement piece is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued. The store credit will be expired in 3 months period.
Only (1) One-time exchange is allowed per order. Exchange items must be returned in original condition unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact. Item with perfume on even for trying purpose will also not be accepted.
Measurement stated may very 0.5”-1” as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
Colour shown may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences. Request for exchange/return due to such reason will be rejected.
All items must be shipped back within 7 working days upon items received. Customer are required to bear the postage for exchange items.
We strictly do not provide refund in cash.
Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to sending any item back.
SALES Item is non-refundable and exchangeable.

Kindly contact us immediately if such incident happens and we will arrange for an exchange or refund depending on the items available stock.
